If You're Not A Star Wars Fan, It's Probably Because You Haven't seen "The Clone Wars"

The Final Season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars Begins! | StarWars.com

With the end of the seventh and final season of the very first Star Wars series, it's pretty safe to say that The Clone Wars is and always will be some of the best in the galaxy, ever.

This show made me a Star Wars fan, and is one of my favorite ever. It has everything you could want, from truly evil villains to amazing new heroes; confounding galactic politics to good old quality action scenes all throughout. It makes you realize the extent and the tragedy the Clone War was,  and with the amazing stories and personalities of the characters, it expends the Star Wars universe farther than any other Star Wars content ever could. The characters, new and old, feel real and help to make the whole universe feel real (especially with the stunning animation), and answers many questions you didn't know you had. It made the whole Prequel trilogy much better than it already was, and as the final season ends with an amazing arc after the many great arcs in the show, it is a spectacular addition to the Star Wars saga that all true fans should watch.

Since it was originally created as a kid's show, the first two seasons aren't as good as the subsequent five seasons, but they are still are very entertaining, and do help set the stage for the rest of the show. The movie under the same title was a good beginning for the show, and is definitely a must-watch. For me, from season three and on, the show developed a serious tone, but not dark and dreary, and is more serious, and you begin to understand the gravity of the war on the galaxy and that helps you to understand Star Wars later on.

Despite the following many different and integrated stories, each and every character is developed to an extent that you really care about them, and were created with great love from the creators. Introducing poplar new characters like Anakin's padawan Ahsoka Tano and clone Captain Rex, and giving you a deeper look into the lives of Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Jedi during the war. One of the best parts is that it shows how Anikin Skywalker fell to the Dark Side, the events that lead him to mistrust the Council, lose faith in the Republic, and give into his hate. The Clone Wars makes you understand the true Tragedy of Darth Vader. Seriously, the show even makes Jar Jar Binks, one of the most hated characters of the saga, into someone you can like! The show follows many different characters and arcs that makes you fully realize the endless possibilities and stories in Star Wars, and makes you care for every person's story, no matter how small.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Plugged In

The next show, Rebels, is the true heir to The Clone Wars, and while this one was yet again aimed at kids, in the beginning, it also becomes like Clone Wars and, while with different characters at the beginning (it does bring iconic characters to the show and has many scenes almost better than Clone Wars), it also helps to complete Star Wars in the Classic Era and is as much a much-watch as Clone Wars.

This show will change the way you look at Star Wars, and is one of the best you will ever watch, and is some of the best storytelling you will ever see.
